Our appointment policies are in place to insure all of our guests receive a relaxed and attentive experience. We understand things come up and give grace under emergency or medical circumstances only.
We try to work with everyone, because we know life happens. So if you need to cancel, we understand. If you are a no show, you will be charged 50% of your appointment cost and will need to repay a deposit to get back on the schedule.
Again, we understand things come up. All we ask is that you just let us know as soon as you know. If you will be more than 20 minutes late, we will ask you to reschedule.
